Course 1

Spicy Bullfrog & Shrimp in Mala Broth

Silky bullfrog legs and plump shrimp simmer together in a blazing red broth, infused with dried chilies and numbing peppercorns. The frog is buttery-tender, the shrimp sweet and springy — an addictive centerpiece for any spice-loving late-night feast.

Course 2

Signature Charcoal Lamb Skewers

Hand-cut lamb with the perfect balance of lean and fat, turned slowly over glowing charcoal until sizzling. Dusted with cumin and chili flakes, each skewer is charred outside, juicy within — the soul of a Northeastern night market, best with an ice-cold beer.

Course 3

Braised Duck Neck in Master Stock

Plump duck necks slow-braised in a master stock layered with more than ten spices. Deeply aromatic with a gentle heat and lingering sweetness, the meat is firm and satisfyingly chewy — a classic braised snack made for unhurried nibbling and a good drink.

Made Fresh Daily,
Simmered with Patience

At Lan Cheng Xiang, freshness is non-negotiable. Our potstickers and buns are wrapped by hand every day, and our congees simmer for hours over a low flame to draw out the natural sweetness of quality grains. We skip the shortcuts and additives, trusting good ingredients and time-honored craft to deliver a meal that comforts and satisfies — from the first steaming basket at dawn to the last sizzling skewer at midnight.

Cut from the prized pork skirt, grilled slowly over charcoal until the edges crisp and the fat sizzles. Every bite bursts with juice, char and rich meaty aroma — a Shenyang barbecue signature that seasoned regulars never skip.
